Opcondys Wins Cleantech Open Western Region Award

October 17, 2017 - Opcondys is pleased to announce that it was named one of the winners of the Cleantech Open business accelerator's Western Region competition. It will now advance to the Cleantech Open Global Forum competition to be held January 2018 in downtown Los Angeles.

Featuring more than 30 early-stage cleantech start-ups, the Cleantech Open Western Regional competition included 16 cleantech start-ups from the 2017 accelerator cohort. The two-day event began on October 16th with closed-door judging, an investor/entrepreneur connection opportunity, and a VIP networking reception. The second day was a public event beginning with an Innovation Showcase/expo in the morning followed by the awards celebration and luncheon where Opcondys was named one of three regional winners of an Award of Overall Excellence. Award winners receive $10K in cash and services and advance to represent the Western Region at the Global Forum.
